Fast response. Mover came early as we mentioned is ok to come earlier. He even advised me to clean up the bed frame base after he bring it upright for wrapping. That's help a lots. Fast collection and delivery, fast dismantle and assemble too. All done by 1 man only. Awesome.

The movers did a good job, but the operator was not honest. Despite providing a complete inventory with measurements, quantities, and a detailed video of the items, the charges kept fluctuating. The original quote from the vendor on the Wise Move platform was not accurate. Linda claimed that revising the quote through the platform would require splitting the additional payment with Wise Move. Although she assured us that her company uses a larger 15-ft vehicle, she charged an additional $600 on top of the initial quote. We did not agree to this, but we eventually added an extra $350 (on top of what was quoted via the platform) out of appreciation for her team’s effort. After payment was made, Linda did not provide any form of payment acknowledgment. On the day of the move, her team arrived an hour late. We had to call to inquire about their whereabouts as no one informed us of the delay. Fortunately, the movers made up for lost time with their packing speed. Overall, while the movers themselves were good, the backend operations were lacking. We hope for greater transparency and honesty in future dealings.

After booking, they came by on the same day to collect the items even though I specified a much longer period for them to do so. They called to check if they could arrive earlier to collect the items instead of the agreed time. They removed the items very quickly from the 2nd floor of a terrace house without any fuss. No extra charge. Very transparent. Job well done!

Correction: it is a 4 storey strata house! The team lead by Linda did a wonderful job. During the whole process, Linda has been very clear, helpful and caring. The workers were very respectful and took care of each box and bulky items. They even helped organise in the new apartment. Thanks Linda and Team. This is our 4th move and the best ever experience!

Linda and her team are fabulous. We had a particularly challenging move with pushing our belongings uphill, and handcarrying 6 rooms of items up 2 flights of stairs without complaint and with so much professionalism. Faith Relocation is an experienced moving company, especially their workers are very professional and nice, taking very good care of my furniture. But the communication and overall management of the moving was not as good as I have expected from their excellent reviews. They only came on-site on the moving day to see the items to move, and told me one additional truck is needed with extra cost. Although in their quote they indicated that the quote is based on one truck only and additional truck would cost extra, it should be their responsibility to make sure how much truck they needed for the job before the moving day. Doing it on-site left me no choice but proceed with them, which is not what I expected from an experienced company with good service.

Venu responded promptly to any question I had, and was quick to supply the packing materials needed for the move. He was also able to handle the moving deposit with the condo management. On the day itself, his team arrived on time and also cling wrapped the furniture to be moved to ensure that it would not be damaged along the way. The move was completed promptly and without any issues. Would recommend their services!

Kabas and his team has been exceptionally professional. Due to some unforeseen complications in the logistic administration, they are willing to wait patiently till they issues have been sorted out. They are also courteous and careful with the items and are willing to abide to the condo's rules and regulations without giving much fuss or let out a hint of complaint.
