Was asking around for quotation and came across Wise move on Google. Sent up my quotation and Wave Movers got back to me. No doubt it’s slightly on the pricier side as we do not require boxes to store or transport and also not transporting any washing machine or fridge etc. Just cabinets and beds and miscellaneous. Was quoted $500 for 2 trips as the bigger lorries are assigned elsewhere.

Communication with Jun Ming was good. On moving day, all was well.
Team leader Uncle Ng was professional and speedy. He knew how to place all the odd shape cabinets nicely in his lorry, just like playing jigsaw puzzle.
He even took proper precaution of the main door kerb when entering the houses, which impressed us.

Truly exceptional service!

Everything was excellent, except that the movers could take more care with our furniture. Our fridge had lots of dents and our table got chipped and scratched.

Jun, the coordinator, is super responsive and excellent in addressing our concerns regarding the move. Everything was handled smoothly from answering a very long list of initial questions to getting the quotation to the confirmation of the move date. The price is very reasonable for the high standard of service and professionalism you get. The moving team was very punctual (in fact, they came early), was very careful and respectful. You do not need to worry once you leave everything in their hands. What more can you ask for for peace of mind and a hassle-free move?

Really really good movers. Extremely fast moving service (they loaded in less than 15min) and got to my new place quickly. Jun Ming was really easy to communicate with and friendly too.

I was given an initial quote of 350 dollars.
I have just been sent a final invoice of 1400 dollars.
At no time did the movers advise of any extra charges.
This is totally unacceptable.
