Responsive but unhelpful communication over WhatsApp when confirming the booking and logistics for the move. Movers came later than appointed time. Move itself was mostly fine but the movers ran out of time to move last couple items, because we could only reserve the condo lift for 3 hours. At the end of the day, we got to move the important items downstairs with their help and the price was pretty competitive, but the overall experience was not the smoothest. So it depends on what you are looking for.

The workers are helpful and professional. They did a good job helping to move our refrigerator and took great care in handling the fridge so it does not get damaged.

The good:
Two staffs came well prepared and very skilful at packing and wrapping the stuffs. The move was very swift and all of my items arrived in the best conditions. Staff are respectful and very helpful.

The not-so-great:
Two hours late. Timing was shifted twice and there was no communication to inform the delay. Mover didn’t read the request from the app properly. Requested for 3 help but only 2 arrived. Informed in the request that the delivery will be on 2nd floor which has stairs but they informed the quote didn’t include extra charge for the stairs. Uploaded the inventory list but was not referred thus the mover look abit confused. I think the moving company did not brief the movers before their job. Nevertheless, the 2 movers were great and swift at handling everything.

The VKN team led by Mani arrived on time and came well prepared for the move. They were also very agile to adjust to our requirements, since we needed extra boxes and they also helped with the packing of fragile items like glassware and crockery (these were all bubble wrapped and packed up). All the items were transported without any damage. Overall, I'd highly recommend them for their efficiency and hard working staff.

It was a same day delivery which I needed on the same morning. I have contacted a few movers but they were the 1st to response to my query with quote received in less than an hour. The price was reasonable and confirmation was easy. The item was collected within the same morning and delivered by noon. Highly recommend their service!

Cost was more than was discussed originally, quoted on m3 quantity and they did not accept that much.

The movers were late for an hour (detour to pump diesel etc). Apart from this, I was pleased with their service, protecting all the items with bubble & string wraps and delivered safely to destination. Payment was via PayNow and invoice was provided shortly. Will use them again.
